🪼 Corsair Commander Pro Not Working

Commander Pro's USB 2 port has one port unconditionally dead whether the extension function is not working properly. So, I bought an NZXT hub and connected 2 AIO USB jacks and 1 node core to it, and the Commander Pro is connected to the main board and only the front USB port of the case is connected and used. It's all working now. I either have bad cables on both my H115I AIO and my PSU or a bad commander pro or bad H115i and or bad PSU. I have two commander pros installed into my system one with the USB ports used and the other one without the ports. See my troubleshooting steps listed; Step one; I updated the firmware in both Commander pro units. The 3 fans at the top and bottom (6 in total) will be plugged in the Commander Pro. The 2 fans in the front side of my radiator will be controlled by my AIO. The rear fan and the 2 fans on the back side of my radiator (Push and Pull) will be plugged in my motherboard. iCUE Software Troubleshooting. Commander Core XT RGB Port 4-6 Does not work. Brand new firing up this 5000T case and the RGB ports 4-6 does not work. Power ports 1-6 all work. Tried swapping each fan into the RGB ports 1-3 and each fan works. The fan that is plugged into rgb port 4 that is not working with rgb does have power just no rgb. 1. Have a commander pro, open iCue on CoPro tab. 2. Open HWinfo64. 3. 'Performance' tab vanishes, CoPro freezes locking fan speeds where they are (not fun if you have a zero RPM at idle like i do) 4. CoPro does NOT come back online without a full power down of the system - even a restart doesn't recover it. I have tried to switch the leds, all my fans are working. When i plug the fans from the front iCUE version 3.26.95. Only 1 out of 6 fans are working. LED Strips are also not working and are sporadic on which ones work. I'm currently running firmware V 0.9.212 on my Commander Pro. The only fix I have gotten to work is using the NZXT USB hub plugged into the USB1213 UBS2.0 header. When I have anything plugged into the USB_E56 header, the refresh/ power loop bug happens. The pass through just takes 1 usb header and splits it into 2 headers. For all intents and purposes it acts like a second usb header on your motherboard. you can use any device that uses it. Even add actual usb 2.0 ports. its only there to let you add a commander core XT even if you only have 1 usb header The website for that box says clearly that it CAN control the speed of either 3-pin or 4-pin fans. But of course, you must have a cable connected between that Commander Pro and a mobo USB2 header. AND you must have downloaded the Corsair utility iCue, and have that running. It uses the USB2 link to communicate with the Commander Pro. Can be confirmed via RPM readout or change of pump noise, visible change in the reservoir. 2. Manually set the fan port #6 to operate in 4-Pin mode. (SETTINGS / Commander PRO) and try to change the pump speed via fixed % value. You can not mix fans on the same hub but you can have 2 hubs ( 1 on each led channel) with different fans, you do the lighting setup telling Icue what type and amount of fans are on each channel.
